Kindness is the true beauty. Two stencils from Simon Says Stamp combined to make a flower in a single layer card
Putting It Together
I love stencils and have a bit of a collection. When I saw the challenge to use more than one, I knew it was for me. I decided to do it as a single layer card as well.
I started with the Carolyn stencil and Coral Reef using a stencilling brush, using the centre to create the flower. A brush adds ink softer than a blender. If you start in one spot and sweep out, you can get an easy ombre blend as well.
I switched to Debra to add in leaves with Green Apple and Duckling.
I love the way these combined.
I used Slate to stamp a sentiment from a Gina K Designs set that's now retired.
Inside, I stamped another sentiment and a flower and leaf from the same set.
