Adventure calls! Genevieve is on a mission with her kitty to unlock a distant magical place. She has a map and will travel by airship. My steampunk-inspired tag features several die cuts, embossing, and a stamp from Kraftin' Kimmie stamps coloured with Prismacolour pencils.

Christmas is a time of joy with friends and loved ones. My card features Kraftin' Kimmie stamps, stencil and ink, Nuvo Aqua Flow watercolour markers, glitter and drops, and Dreamweaver pearlescent paste.

On a hill, even looking over a city, you can see a remarkable number of stars. It's a great place to have a quiet moment with someone you love. It’s time to begin the

JULY 2019 release at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

It’s Day ONE of our Krafty Peeks and we are jumping up and down with excitement to share all of our new goodies! We've got new stamps, new hybrid ink and new enamel dots! Hang on to your inkpads people....here we GO!

The first stamp set we are previewing for you is called LIFE IS A JOY and was designed by our fabulous artist, Cheryl Grant! This lovely stamp set is full of encouragement and love....not to mention adorable images and sentiments! The complete set features TWO large main images plus several sweet sentiments!

My shadow box card features feature Zig watercolour marker colouring, foiling over stencilling using Therm-o-web transfer gel and foil with a Kraftin' Kimmie stencil, embossing, and Nuvo confetti mirror stars. 

Special Delivery - 3d embossing

A special delivery of bumpy eggs as a decorative item? Have a Flaming good day! My Game of Thrones inspired card features 3d embossing from Sizzix, Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps, and Nuvo mousses.

Coffee and Cake - Sheepski Designs, coloured pencil

Have a coffee with me for the May Sheepski Designs challenge. The May theme is Flower Power! I chose to use the Coffee & Cake digi with the pretty flowers on the cupcake for my inspiration card. I coloured the image with Prismacolor pencils accented with gold Aqua Shimmer and paired it with sentiments from CC Designs and paper from Prima Marketing.

For my project, I used Spectrum Noir alcohol markers with accents of Spectrum Noir metallic pen and Nuvo Aqua Shimmer on the image. I framed it with a Kaisercraft frame I had decorated with Marabu shimmer spray and Nuvo mica mist using stencils from Dylusions and Teresa Collins.

This project started with me just playing with stuff at a Crafternoon with a friend and evolved into a magical scene using stencilling, Marabu shimmer sprays, Nuvo Mica Mist, Prismacolor pencils, Finetec mica watercolour painting, embossing, stamping from Hero Arts and Lavinia, and other elements for a mixed media wall hanging.

Valentines is coming! The time when we celebrate love and affection. I created a shabby chic card using a brand new stamp set and other new goodies from Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps with embossing and watercolouring on the image.

Krafty Retreat Badge - watercolour pencil

For the Krafty Kimmie Krafty Retreat last weekend we were asked to make our own badges. I made mine from a long retired stamp and a bit of ribbon.
