Little bunny Foo-foo, hopping through the field of flowers. A sweet little bunny in the sunshine using a stamp from Impression Obsession.
Supplies
bI found this lovely bunny in a local scrapbooking shop and couldn't resist with visions of watercolouring in my mind.
But.. the stamp was a wood mount. Hmm.. I don't have a stamp positioner for wood mounts and, when using water colour paper, I often have to double stamp to get a clean stamp. So, I tried using magnets too large for normal Misti use with my Misti so I could use the grid to help position.
But, I got the impression in one stamp! Well made stamp and I am getting better at inking the stamps. I stamped with Rich Cocoa.
I used water brushes and Distress Ink to water colour the image.
While painting, I keep track of the colours I use.
I trimmed the panel and matted with value cardstock from Micheals and put it on a card base I made from Soft Finished cardstock.
I stamped the inside with a friendly sentiment and a corner of the bunny stamp with flowers.

ReplyDeleteHi Rijacki, I love this bunny. I do a card for my local stamp store owner's blog once a week and I used this same bunny this week. Love how you colored it up and the card you made, he is so sweet in the flowers. Thanks for your visit to my blog and your sweet comment on my HM card.
