One Cup - watercolour pencil, embossing

On a cold blustery Monday, a coffee hot tub would be a lovely idea. I coloured the Kraftin' Kimmie image with Nuvo watercolour pencils and added embossing in two ways to the card.

Swan - watercolour embossing resist

I love the vibrancy of stained glass. My card features a stamp from Impression Obsession and watercolour on a Stampin' Up embossed background.

White flowers as a congratulatory greeting for a happily ever after, my card features Unity Stamps and an Elizabeth Craft Designs die cut sentiment and Zig watercolour marker.

Snow Days - watercolour pencil

Winter is coming and I couldn't be happier. Snow is happy. This sledding bear card features a House Mouse and Friend stamp with Nuvo watercolour pencils and CC Designs dies.

Blue Birthday - embossing, die cutting

My birthday card in blues, features a die cut from Memory box and an embossing folder from Sizzix with BoBunny glitter paste and Nuvo Mousse. "Age is just a number."

Cider - coloured pencil, die cutting

Some people look forward to Autumn for pumpkin spice. Me, I look forward to the spiced mulled apple cider. To me, it's the perfect cup of comforting yum. My apple-icious card features a Newton's Nook stamp set and die cuts with Koh-i-Noor pencil colouring.

In every garden, we determine which are flowers (desired) and which are weeds (things to be removed). But many weeds do become flowers when we get to know them. My shaped card features stamps from Impression Obsession and embossing resist with Distress maker.

Red Rose - embossing, multi-stamping, glitter stamping

My rose filled card features stamps from Kraftin' Kimmie stamps, embossing, layered stamping with masking, and glitter stamping.

Sparkle - die cutting, embossing, gift card holder

My make for today is a combo tag and gift card pocket using die cuts with a glitzy cardstock to make the pocket and a fun sentiment from Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps.

Woof! Autumn is here and this little puppy couldn't be happier. My card features an Aurora Wings digital stamp with coloured pencil, embossing with Distress Oxides, and die cuts. Hope it's a Fall of sweet surprises for you!

Get Well - watercolour pencil

A helpful candy stripe nurse's aide bandages a teddy bear so he can heal up. My card features a long retired image from Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps, a die cut sentiment from Elizabeth Craft Designs, and an embossing for the background from Spellbinders.

Autumn Box - die cutting

A lovely box in Autumn colours fashioned from a Spellbinders die with Prima Marketing patterned paper and flower.

Big Fish - coloured pencil

Catching the big fish, either literally or allegorically, is the dream of many. "Don't call it a dream, call it a plan", especially when you do succeed in achieving it. My nautical, fishy, dreamy card features a digital stamp from The Paper Shelter with coloured pencil and sentiments from Unity Stamps and an accent stamp, inside, from Emerald Creek.

Christmas Kitty - gatefold, die cutting

Meow-y Christmas! This cute little kitty is all ready for Christmas cheer on a card featuring die cuts from Memory Box, Paper Smooches, and CC Designs with sentiments from Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps and glow-in-the-dark Nuvo drops.

Rainbow Birthday - die cutting, washi tape

My rainbow-iffic card features dies and stamps from Impression Obsession. The rainbow on the front is complemented by the holographic rainbow on the inside.

Witchin' - Through the Craftroom Door, digi paper, shaker

My card today is a masculine birthday card with a shaker featuring stamps by Unity Stamp Co with Spectrum Noir colouring, Lawn Fawn plaid, and a shake-shake-shaker.

Merry & Bright - single layer, watercolour pencil

Decorating is one of the best parts of the season. It's fun to be merry and bright. My single layer card features stamps from Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps and colouring with Nuvo watercolour pencil and Nuvo glitter marker.

Autumn brings the drink so many crave, Pumpkin Spice Latte. My card features a Kraftin' Kimmie Stamp set embossed as a background with a die cut coffee cup from Sizzix.

Pizza = YUM! My single layer, CAS card features a Simon Says Stamp set coloured with Winsor Newton coloured pencils.

Festive birthday with shiny foils and pearly embossing, my card features dies from Memory Box and Tonic Studios with a 3-D embossing folder by Stampin' Up.

Book Dragon - Oxides on glossy paper, paper piecing

What else would a dragon avidly read other than books of fantasy tales? Though to a dragon, the fantasy stories would be histories and the hero probably wouldn't be the knight. My card features Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps and Distress Oxides on glossy photo paper with paper piecing.

For many of us, it's a wise thing to start the day with coffee, like the wisdom of an owl. My card features an image from Jessica Lyn coloured with Prisma Marketing watercolour pencils and Core'dinations plaid papers.

Card Shark - coloured pencil

Mouses playing games with cards almost as big as they are! This cute House Mouse image, coloured with Prismacolor pencils, is the focal of a birthday card for my brother-in-law.

Autumn Leaf - stencilling and masking, embossing

Autumn is my second favourite season. I love the vibrant colours in the changing of the leaves and am so happy I live in an area with spectacular displays of those changing leaves. My Autumn card features stamps and inks from Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps and a stencil/mask from Dyan Reaveley.

A pair of small cards that are also tags with a coffee theme are my shaped card project for today. They feature stamps and inks from Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps and a Tim Holtz die.

Today's card is a bit of whimsy, an angel in a shaker featuring a Craftin' Desert Divas stamp set, a CC Designs die, Daniel Smith watercolours to colour the image, and shaker stars.

Time - embossing resist

You're my past and future, I'd travel through time for you! My time travel inspired card features stamps from Visible Image and Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps with Distress ink and embossing resist.

Artist Trading Cards are small cards, typically 2.5" x 3.5" that can be, well, traded or given to showcase a few your talents. My ATCs feature Unity Stamps, Cosmic Shimmer Gilding Polish, Nuvo Embellishment Mousse, embossing with Simon Says Stamp and Emerald Creek, and stamping with Stazon. Just a quick pair of lovelies.

Pretty as a princess waiting for her birthday kiss. My card features a Newton's Nook stamp set with Copic colouring on a Crafter's Companion 3-D embossed panel with Nuvo Embellishment mousse and gold embossing inside and out.

Technique: backgrounds with 3D embossing with Nuvo Mousse, Cosmic Shimmer, and Glitter Kiss, part 2

I love making backgrounds and will sometimes just spend some time 'playing' with various products to make backgrounds for unknown projects of the future. These 4 all use 3-D embossing folders and metallic pastes/creams to embellish them.

Back to School Fox - Through the Craftroom Door, watercolor pencil, Distress Oxide, Distress paint splatter

The leaves are starting to turn colours and fall from the trees signalling the yellow school buses to return to the streets to pick up their charges. It's time for back to school.

Hi there! I've doodled since I can remember (on table cloths, street guides, text books, walls and finally, for my parent's relief, sketchbooks). What I love the most is to create adorable characters for both adults and children and bring them to life. That's why I became an animator and illustrator.
I decided to create a shop to free all the characters that were trapped in my sketchbooks, unfinished. So I took them, refurbished and sparkling, and share them to the world. They are ready to be adopted and willing to be part of your crafts.
All my illustratons are 100 % handmade by me, scanned from my sketchbooks and finished in Photoshop with my beloved Wacom Cintiq.
