Sunflower - Through the Craftroom Door, watercolour pencil

Autumn is a time of harvests and thanks.

Though the Craftroom Door's blog challenge is sponsored by Di's Digi Designs this week. I used the Scarecrow Bear to create an Autumn Thanks.

Medical photographer part time but my love was always drawing. I started cardmaking about 4yrs ago when I bought my daughter a cardmaking kit which we did together, but I’m afraid I got the bug! My daughter preferred scrapbooking. I then started looking online at other blogs and this then became my passion and I loved sharing my cards with likeminded people.

I love stamping and loved finding images, but sometimes I could not find what I wanted so I started to draw myself. 

This then has become my second addiction and I have never looked back, I love thinking of new images, and it’s just fabulous to see others take them and make them into beautiful works of art. Long may it continue!

A teddy bear hug can be so warm and comforting. My Autumn card features a House Mouse stamp, dies from Impression Obsession and CC Designs, ribbon, lace, and several papers.

Time to Take Over - colored pencil, stencilling,embossing

It's a brand new day and this little kitty ready to take over... err on.. the world! My card features a Newton's Nook image coloured with Winsor Newton coloured pencil, placed on stencilling from Dreamweaver and backed by papers from 7 Gypsies. Let's go take over.. err on.. the world!

Girly Ghost - watercolor pencil

Boo! This girly ghost is from 2 Cute and I coloured her with Nuvo watercolour pencils and paired her with Halloween papers and ribbon.

Favorite Earthling - single layer card

"Eep Opp Ork Ah Ah!" means "I love you!' My card features an alien stamp set and inks from Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps on a single layer card.

Just Fishin' - coloured pencil

Kickin' back and relaxin', just fishin' and chillin', my card features an image by Polkadoodles coloured with Koh-i-Noor pencils paired with fishy paper and a fishing pole embellishment.

Pirate Birthday - watercolour pencil

Arrrr! Pirate teddy bear wishing you a happy birthday! My card features a Bugaboo digital stamp with a die-cut foam sentiment, paper from Doodlebug, and More and Galore buttons.

Autumn Tag - emboss resist, watercolour marker

Autumn is a time of reflection, of thanks and giving. My tag features a Unity Stamp Co set embossed and then coloured with Zig Clear Color makers.

Winter Birthday - watercolour pencil, shaker

My favourite season is Winter so what better for a birthday card than a wintery shaker? My shaker features a stamp set from Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps coloured with Nuvo watercolour pencil and paired with snowflake embossing.

Bride - Through the Craftroom Door

Hocus Pocus Frame - stencilling and die cuts

My project today is a frame which would be great to showcase a special Halloween costume. The frame features die cuts from Eileen Hull and Tutti Designs with a sentiment from Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps and an Echo Park stencil.

Friends - coloured pencil

Snoozy kitty and mouse, just perfect for an Autumn day. My card features a House Mouse image coloured with Prismacolor pencils and embellished with Autumn loveliness. 

Spooky - embossing

"As the moon climbs high o'er dead oak tree..." My spooky card features a Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps set embossed with Baked Texture and glow-in-the dark.

Petal Pusher - emboss resist, watercolour marker

You matter a whole bunch to me! My card features a Newton's Nook background with a limited palette of Zig Clean Color watercolour markers with an embossed resist.

Halloween - die cuts and stamping

Halloween is coming! It's my favourite special day. My card features stamps from Kraftin' Kimmie stamps embossed with Emerald Creek and Stampendous embossing powders and matted with Cosmic Shimmer on a background of Fancy Pants paper.

Put another candle on the cake, if it will fit. My cheeky birthday card feature a stamp from Art Impressions coloured with Zig Clean Colour watercolour markers and sentiments from Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps.

Who didn't want a treat bag almost bigger than yourself when you were trick-or-treating? It was the highlight of childhood for many of us. My tag-card features a long retired stamp from Kraftin' Kimmie coloured with Nuvo watercolour pencils.

Cheers! A bottle of wine looking for some lonely cheese, my card features a digi from Sparkle n Sprinkle with Nuvo watercolour pencils on a Spellbinders embossed background.
